I thought a reno would make the change but it didn’t. I’ve done all these courses to deal with issues, but it’s actually the decluttering that’s making it all come true. I didn’t realise that all the stuff that I was keeping in my house was damaging to me. I’m seeing clearly now for the first time – I needed to toss the stuff and I needed to move from within.

I could never have imagined the extra layers that Helen brought to her service. It was like having a bolt of light come through my house, a high amount of energy and a positive can do attitude. It was like I was being carried the whole way through the process, guided and nurtured. Helens liveliness, compassion and vigour for what she does is truly a greater power. The way she thinks and can process all the steps that have to be completed in able to organise a room is truly a magnificent attribute. We started on my office and then organised most parts of my house into their place so that each day, I can actually find everything I need easily and quickly.

I just keep looking around with a smile on my face. I feel so much better sitting down at the desk to do things knowing that I have nothing cluttering my head and space around me! I have also been inspired to bring more things into the kitchen to make, like Smoothies and Pesto just cos it's so easy to get to everything and use the space! YEAH! Helen's kind, empathic, non-judgmental approach truly helped me revolutionise my day-to-day. Her simple strategies for getting organised were do-able, even for me, who'd never really placed a high value on this stuff before. She helped me see why decluttering and simplifying things was fundamentally for my wellbeing, even though my family also benefit from my efforts.
